We called SERVPRO for the remediation for the second flooding because we didn't like the company we used the first time. SERVPRO was excellent! They came out the same day and moved furniture to remove all the carpeting, padding and wood trim. They were here several hours and stayed past 5:00 to get the job done and all the blowers going to dry us out on a Friday night. Hopefully, our basement never floods again, but if it does, we will be calling SERVPRO again."

I absolutely loved this company. The employees (Shawn, Robert, and Jay) were very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. The clean up was completed in a timely manner, thorough, and of high quality as promised. They informed us of expectations and the timeline of clean up, leaving the guesswork on our end out of the picture. We were very well taken care of and had zero worries throughout the process.
